About The Role

Were looking for AI Developers with strong interest and hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI. If youre a communicative and self-driven developer who enjoys building intelligent systems using the latest advancements in large language models (LLMs), this could be your next move.

Examples Of Tasks That You Can Be Working On

• Building and fine-tuning NLP models for tasks such as classification, summarization, question answering, and chatbots
• Developing generative AI applications using transformer-based models like GPT, BERT, T5, or LLaMA
• Leveraging platforms like Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs, or custom-trained models
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into scalable production systems
  
  

We Believe You Bring The Following Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience in Python for AI/ML, particularly in NLP and LLM-based development
• Practical knowledge of frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, or LangChain
• Exposure to generative models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and understanding of model deployment and MLOps practices
• Ability to read and preprocess unstructured text data, engineer features, and evaluate models
• University-level education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Strong English skills, both verbal and written
  
  

You work from wherever you are and we offer competitive hourly rates. The projects we mediate normally have longer durations and bigger scopes. You should expect to be available on full-time basis. You don't need to have your own company as we are partnering with a leading freelancing platform.
