We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our AI First team, part of the Web Components and Tools division, where we are developing AI-powered solutions for complex real-world use cases, innovative projects and cutting-edge explorations. This role involves end-to-end development of AI applications, including integration with LLMs, backend and front-end development, as well as deployment expertise.
In This Role You Will
- Work with AI models and agents
- Build, orchestrate and optimize AI agents capable of handling complex tasks
- Apply advance prompt-engineering techniques to guide model behaviours and maximize performance
- Evaluate performance and quality
- Build and maintain RAG workflows
- Deploy AI systems in the Cloud on production environments
- Develop and Integrate APIs that interface seamlessly with AI workflows
- Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, tools and breakthroughs, ensuring integrating relevant advancements to drive innovation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. product managers, legal, etc.) to ensure alignment of AI-driven solutions with strategic business objectives.
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with at least one of the following: Python, JavaScript or C#
- Strong foundational knowledge of LLM architecture and functionality
- Familiarity with Langchain or alternative frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for AI deployment.
- Experience with AI Frameworks (Tensor Flow), along with designing, developing and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications.
- Expertise in specialized areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
