Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our Apps and Tools team in the Controls and Meters division.

You'll work in a cross-functional team building applications that support our district heating controllers and energy meters. Your focus will be on creating robust, user-friendly tools that improve functionality and efficiency. Y oull help design systems, write and review code, guide technical decisions, and mentor junior developers. From planning to launch, youll contribute across the entire developm ent process, shaping both the product and how we build it.

The job shall be hybrid, with 3 days per week onsite work at our address is Rozhen 41 Blvd., Industrial Park 1271 Sofia.

Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Member Of Our Team You Will

• Drive the development of high-quality web and mobile applications using React, TypeScript, ASP.NET and C#
• Play a central role in architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
• Collaborate closely around or drive UX/UI designs to deliver intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Ensure high standards of software quality through testing best practices.
• Contribute to a SCRUM-based agile development process in a cross-functional team of 58 people.
• Work on-site at least 3 days a week to foster team collaboration and knowledge sharing .

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on frontend, and full stack development as an asset.
• Proven experience in React, TypeScript, ASP.NET and C#.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies and experience with testing frameworks.
• A good eye for UI/UX design and experience implementing modern, user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience working in agile teams (SCRUM) and familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Teams, and the Office suite.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in business-level English and Bulgarian native level strongly preferred.
• A growth mindset: eager to learn, share knowledge, and support teammates.
• Previous experience as a technical team lead or ambition to grow into that role (people management is not required).
